1. Service Fulfillment
1.1 Service Agreement
After purchasing our virtual assistance services, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the scope of work, deliverables, and timelines. Please review this agreement to ensure all details are correct.
2. Billing and Payments
2.1 Billing Cycle
Bills are issued every 4 weeks, usually on a Monday, covering the services provided during the preceding 4 weeks.
2.2 Payment Collection
Payments for each bill are collected on the next business day following the issuance of the bill. If a dispute is raised, payment collection will be paused until the dispute is resolved.
2.3 Dispute Resolution
To raise a dispute regarding a bill, please contact us as soon as possible. Payment collection will be paused while we address the issue. We will communicate with you regarding the resolution process.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted via email to office@shluchimva.net. We will investigate the request within 24-72 hours.
3.2 Refund Processing
If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed and issued on the next business day after the investigation.
