Terms and Conditions
Subscription: The tier of weekly subscription shall be agreed upon with management and virtual assistants.
Adjustments to the amount of subscription:
To increase the subscribed hours must be agreed upon between the client (you) and your virtual assistant. Effectivity depends on the availability of your virtual assistant to accommodate the request.
To decrease the subscribed hours, a 2 week notice is required.
For pausing subscriptions - if the intent is to retain the virtual assistant when you come back, we recommend that you lower down your subscription to 1 hour per week instead. This assures that your virtual assistant would still be assigned to you until the time that your subscription hours go back up. Otherwise, you’ll be assigned the next available virtual assistant upon your return.
Each work week is composed of 5 work days. Requests to render a 6th day would be subject to virtual assistant’s availability and shall be considered as an overtime.
Overtimes or adhoc additions to hours shall be charged as the same hourly rate as the main subscription
Additional hours may be requested directly with the Virtual Assistant, but this is not mandatory and will depend on the availability of the Virtual Assistant. Normal rates will apply for any additional hours.
Virtual Assistants will have dedicated hourly schedules per day per client, but tasks may be sent at any time of the day.
The subscribed hours will be billed every 4 weeks.
The total bill will be computed on a weekly basis.
The weekly total will be either the subscribed hours or the actual hours used, whichever is higher.
Payment method should be set up before the subscription starts. In the event that the subscription has already started before the payment method is set up for auto payments, a pause in subscription may be imposed.
In the event that you pause / cancel the subscription, it cannot be guaranteed that you can be assigned the same VA when you resume subscription.
Work week:
Work week will be determined before the start of service.
A maximum of 5 workdays per week can be determined.
Management and the virtual assistant shall be notified a week prior to a permanent change in work schedule.
Rates and Bill:
Tiers
$8.50 for weekly subscription with a minimum of 20 hours or more
$9.50 for weekly subscription with a minimum of 5 hours.
$15 per hour rate for project based subscriptions with no stable hours weekly. A minimum of 1 hour per week will be billed.
Billing:
Subscription will be computed on a weekly basis
A bill will be sent every 4 weeks to your preferred email address
In the absence of disputes/questions, your payment method will be charged after 24 hours from sending the bill.
Adhoc Purchases:
Generally, we would advise you to make purchases directly from your computer.
Any subscriptions you need your VA to subscribe to must be charged under your card, or reimbursed to the VA on the next billing date.
Holidays:
Just like a regular subscription to other services/products, weekly subscriptions will be computed the same regardless of the holidays.
Termination of Services:
In the event that you would need to unsubscribe from our service, we would require a 2 week’s notice.
This is in place to make sure that we are able to provide stable work hours for our virtual assistants.
Interactions:
Respect must be present in all interactions between clients and virtual assistants.
Incidents that involve misunderstandings or uncomfortable situations should be raised to the management so necessary interventions can be done.
Feedback may be directed towards virtual assistants. If clients prefer, they may channel the feedback through the management.
Clients are allowed to send gifts to their assigned Virtual Assistants.
Requests to directly hire a Virtual Assistant will be subject to the willingness of the Virtual Assistant and may incur additional fees.
Service and terms in general:
Shluchim VA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Notification will be sent when there are changes in terms.
Any disputes arising from or related to the service provided, will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
